At Sun Home Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury wellness apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
